Poland (Polish), officially the Republic of Poland, is a country located in Central Europe. Its divided into 16 Administrative Provinces, covering an area of 312,696 square kilometers and has a largely temperate seasonal climate. With a population of 38.5 Million people, Poland is
the fifth most populous member state of the European Union. Poland’s capital and largest metropolis is Warsaw. Other major cities include Krakow, Lodz, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk, Szczecin.
Poland is a developed market and a regional power of Central Europe. It has the sixth largest economy in the European Union by nominal GDP and the fifth largest by GDP (PPP). It provides
very high standard of living, safety as well as free University Education and a universal healthcare system in accordance with the EU standards. The country has 16 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, 15 of which are cultural. Poland is a member state of the Schengen Area, the UN, NATO, the OECD, the Three Seas Initiative, and the Visegrad Group.
POLAND WORK PERMIT
If you are a non- EU citizen and wish to work in Poland, you will need a valid work permit to enter the country. The work permit issued is valid for only one job and you can use it to perform only those tasks mentioned in your application form. If you are changing jobs, you may have to apply a new work permit basis on the new job roles and employer. The validity of a work permit is for three (03) years.
